Load a CT and its organ masks

Click Load CT and choose ct.nii. Then click Load masks folder and select the whole segmentations folder. Every organ inside loads automatically, each in its own color. No need to pick files one by one.

Scroll to move through slices. Drag to pan, right drag to zoom. Axial, coronal and sagittal show together with a 3D render.
